INSURANCE PROCESS

In an effort to ensure you complete all the items per the final approved estimate provided your insurance company, they will typically release payments in three installments. The first payment is to get your project started, the second is an installment per any supplemented items that the adjuster might have miscalculated on their inspection, and the third contains remaining monies and depreciation on your project.

In order to receive full recoverable depreciation on your project, the final invoice from MRC must reflect the final approved estimate provided by your insurance, congruent with the work actually completed.
